WORKSHOPS & SEMINARS
“Theory without practice is empty,
Practice without theory is blind.”
Immanuel Kant
The experiences and developments that arise from them are as diverse as the travel projects themselves. The pedagogical approaches, insights, and methods that have emerged over the years are now incorporated into our seminars and workshops. This special field of work offers a tremendous opportunity to think beyond traditional structures of youth welfare, explore new paths, and create creative settings – always with the goal of supporting and empowering children and young people precisely according to their individual needs.
Together with my long-time colleague Lia Falinski, I founded Mitreiser – a platform where we combine our practical expertise with sound theory. Our offerings are aimed at anyone who wants to further develop individualized education with fresh ideas and further develop their own practice.
